الحسابات والموافقة
المنصة مخصصة للتجار والمنشآت. تخضع جميع الحسابات للمراجعة والموافقة اليدوية، ويجب تقديم بيانات ومستندات صحيحة ومحدثة. لا تظهر الأسعار إلا بعد اعتماد الحساب.
الأسعار والطلبات
الأسعار والتوفر ومدة التجهيز الظاهرة أو المرسلة مبدئية إلى أن يراجع فريقنا الطلب ويؤكده كتابياً. الحد الأدنى الإرشادي للطلب هو 100 كجم للبن الأخضر و100 كجم للبن المحمص و100 كجم للهيل و1 كجم للزعفران، ويمكن أن يختلف حسب المنتج والعرض.
الشحن والتسليم
يتم تأكيد تكلفة الشحن وموعد التسليم بعد مراجعة كل طلب. المدد الإرشادية عادة من 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل داخل الكويت ومن 3 إلى 4 أسابيع لطلبات الخليج أو الاستيراد، وهي تقديرات غير ملزمة حتى التأكيد الكتابي.
الدفع
طرق الدفع المتاحة حالياً هي التحويل البنكي أو فاتورة شركات أو شيك، والدفع كاش للطلبات المحلية المعتمدة داخل الكويت. يبدأ التجهيز أو التسليم وفق شروط الدفع المتفق عليها وبعد تأكيد الطلب.
الفحص والمطالبات
يلتزم العميل بفحص البضاعة عند الاستلام وتقديم أي مطالبة خلال 48 ساعة وفق سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال. قد تطبق رسوم وضرائب وجمارك وتكاليف استيراد حسب الدولة ويتحملها العميل ما لم يتفق كتابياً على غير ذلك.

Wholesale Terms
Accounts and Approval
The platform is for merchants and businesses. All accounts are subject to manual review and approval, and accurate, current business information and documents must be provided. Prices are visible only after account approval.
Prices and Orders
Prices, availability and lead times shown or quoted remain provisional until our team reviews and confirms the order in writing. Indicative minimum order quantities are 100 kg for green coffee, 100 kg for roasted coffee, 100 kg for cardamom and 1 kg for saffron, subject to product and quotation.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping cost and delivery date are confirmed after review of each order. Indicative lead times are usually 2 to 7 business days within Kuwait and 3 to 4 weeks for GCC or import orders. These are estimates until confirmed in writing.
Payment
Available methods are bank transfer, corporate invoice or cheque, and cash for approved local Kuwait orders. Fulfilment begins according to agreed payment terms and after order confirmation.
Inspection and Claims
The customer must inspect goods on delivery and submit claims within 48 hours in accordance with the Refund and Returns Policy. Taxes, customs and import costs may apply by destination and are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
