سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تنطبق هذه السياسة على مبيعات الجملة. يجب فحص الشحنة عند الاستلام وإبلاغنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام عن أي صنف تالف أو غير صحيح أو غير مطابق بشكل جوهري للطلب، مع رقم الطلب وصور واضحة.

تقبل المطالبة فقط للأصناف غير المفتوحة والمحفوظة وفق تعليمات التخزين، ما لم يكن العيب ظاهراً بعد الفتح. لا يقبل الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي أو للمنتجات المفتوحة أو المخصصة أو المحمصة حسب الطلب أو سريعة التلف، مع عدم الإخلال بالحقوق النظامية المطبقة.

بعد مراجعة المطالبة والموافقة عليها، يكون الحل المناسب استبدال الصنف أو إضافة رصيد للحساب أو استرداد المبلغ وفق طبيعة الحالة. يتم تأكيد ترتيبات وتكلفة الاسترجاع كتابياً قبل إعادة أي بضاعة.

Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to wholesale sales. Please inspect deliveries on receipt and report any damaged, incorrect or materially non-conforming item within 48 hours, including the order number and clear photographs.

Claims are accepted for unopened goods stored according to product instructions unless the defect becomes apparent only after opening. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, opened, customised, made-to-order roasted or perishable products, without limiting applicable statutory rights.

Once a claim is reviewed and approved, the appropriate remedy may be replacement, account credit or refund depending on the circumstances. Return arrangements and costs must be confirmed in writing before goods are sent back.
